DiDo#40: Results are not Learnings!

A recap of the DiDo#40 can be found here.

When do you declare an experiment a winner? And do you 100% implement those winners? Even though it may have negative consequences further down the customer journey?

Results are very often misinterpreted as learnings. If you don’t know why the test is a winner, how do you know what to further improve? To learn from your successes?

During the 40th DiDo, we’ll focus on those learnings. Common made mistakes, why hypotheses upfront are crucial, and quick snackable tips on how to communicate those learnings in the organisation. Speakers will be made public in the upcoming weeks!

How to communicate learnings without losing all the team interests?
If every team within the company could freely add what they like on the website, what would it look like? What would happen with your e-commerce conversion rate? Different teams all have different ideas about what’s best. In a perfect situation, all their suggestions would align perfectly well with each other. Unfortunately, that’s never the case. How can we use CRO learnings to prevent one big mess on the website?   Connect with Dorian on Linkedin

Don’t let your uplift down! Yesss, you’ve found a significant, positive result! You’ve learned that your variant works better than the control. But that should not be your end conclusion. How come it’s so difficult to translate results into good learnings. In this session you will not only learn which 3 elements are necessary for great learnings, we’ll also do a practical in which we’re going to discuss your own reports. So bring one to the DiDo!
