During this special summer edition of our conversion specialist course, we will quickly introduce you to the essentials of the conversion optimization process, the statistical side of CRO, how people make decisions (consumer psychology) and which tools you use for what. In two days we will teach you all the basics of effective conversion optimization and protect you from the many pitfalls in this field.

For whom.

This course is for people who work as (online) marketers, digital analysts, designers, copywriters and/or conversion specialists/managers and would like to take their conversion optimization work to the next level. Or: the course is for everyone who wants to know what the data tells you, how customers behave and which steps you need to fulfill if you want to optimize structurally.

Two days, four areas of expertise

Day 1 Summer Crash Course:

09:30 – 12:30 Process - Explanation of the FACT & ACT continuous conversion optimization process

Lunch break (lunch is included)

13:30 – 16:30 Data – The statistics behind CRO: preliminary research, test bandwidth, analysis of results

Day 2 Summer Crash Course:

09:30 – 12:30 Psychology – The psychology behind CRO - emotion, reason and hypothesis generation

Lunch break (lunch is included)

13:30 – 16:30 UX – Putting into practice - turning hypotheses into designs, advice into tooling and, above all, learning from the experts

If you have attended all classes you will receive our Conversion Specialist diploma at the end of the course.

Practical information

Class dates: July 12 & 26 or Aug. 8 & 23. 

The total cost of the course is €1295 (excluding VAT). This includes all lessons, course materials and contact with the teachers during the course and afterwards. In addition, we provide a delicious lunch and of course there is coffee, tea and a stocked fridge throughout the day.

The entire course consists of two days. Classes take place from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm at our office (400 meters from Utrecht Central Station), lunch is included. The group consists of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 students.
