Last week in London, during a livestream on Facebook, the Conversion Elite Awards were presented. Online Dialogue won in the category CRO agency of the year 2020. And of course we are very proud of that!
Online Dialogue thus beat 12 other nominees from England and Canada, among others, and was chosen by the jury as the global winner đ
About the winner, the judges said: âThis is a company that is constantly raising the bar and thus leading the way in their industry. It's not just the employees who do their jobs very well, it's mainly the way they do it together. It's not about the hours they sell, but the quality and creativity they deliver within those hours. They don't just create great analysis, but master the art of combining data and psychology in the online optimization process. Their strength is not only in the great models and methods they developed, but the way they apply them with tremendous enthusiasm and fun.â
Our conversion manager Tom van den Berg, reacted enthusiastically to the win. He himself grabbed next to the win for the award âCRO Personality of the yearâ, but responded athletically: âBetter next year. So you see, CRO is a team sport and Online Dialogue wins. You can't do it alone. Without a team, I'm nowhere!â Tom also immediately thanked a number of clients (including Hallmark, VodafoneZiggo, KPN, Stella and Van der Valk) who ensure that they are always raising the bar to further optimize.
The presentation of the awards by the UK-based Digital Elite Day, the agency of events for professionals within the conversion rate optimization (CRO) industry, took place online this year due to corona measures. There were no less than 16 categories for individual nominees such as âCRO Personality of the Yearâ and âYoung CRO Practitioner of the Year. In addition, there were awards to be won for various (e-Commerce) campaigns. The Dutch Beerwulf an award for the âBest e-Commerce Campaign - Food and Drink.
