Will AI make us smarter or dumber? The insights of Klöpping, Scherder and Online Dialogue
Reflection on Klöpping × Scherder by Simon Buil (Data Analyst at Online Dialogue)
Time for the first digital Dialogue Thursday (DiDo)! Due to the corona virus, this time we will share knowledge, discuss and catch up remotely.
Thursday June 11 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. is already the 33rd edition of this customer event. This time the speakers as well as visitors will address the theme: ‘Behavior change and CRO during corona’.
Sign up for DiDo#33(N.B. we only allow client-side participants and not agency employees or freelancers)
This edition features three speakers who will discuss the impact of corona on their organizations. Among other things, they will discuss what has changed online since corona, what opportunities it presents and how to deal with changing habits.
In addition, you can share experiences on this topic with peers in small groups.
Lucia van den Brink is a CRO specialist at NU.nl. Her goal is to get visitors to read more articles and come back more often. She has experience in e-commerce, affiliate and content websites. Data and psychology are central to her approach. She uses that interest in human behavior in addition to her day job as a CRO specialist in her night job as a writer. She recently published her debut novel, ‘Nobody Like Him.
CRO-NA
After the press conference on March 12, 2020, our world changed. Not only outside, but also online. Lucia van den Brink talks about what can be seen in NU.nl's behavior and data. And how NU.nl is trying to capitalize on that with A/B testing, campaigns and content.
Dr. Florien Cramwinckel (PhD social psychologist) works as a senior behavioral expert at Online Dialogue. She is an expert on the interplay between human behavior, data and experimentation, and an experienced speaker at national and international events. She currently uses her knowledge to understand, predict and influence online customer behavior.
Now why do we exercise regularly!
Learning new habits is not easy. Most people who try to quit smoking, exercise more regularly, or eat healthier experience how difficult it is to change ingrained habits. This is also a problem for many e-commerce websites: how do you transform offline shoppers to online shoppers, or get customers to adopt a new system or functionality?
In her talk, Florien uses psychological knowledge to provide insight into changing habitual behavior. For example, why is it that people in corona time (with accompanying limitations) suddenly do manage to live healthier lives? How can these insights help you? What fixed habits do the customers on your website have? And what opportunities does this time offer for changing your customers' ingrained habits?
A third speaker will join the program.
The 33rd DiDo takes place online via Zoom. The language of communication on this DiDo is Dutch.
