Isabella has always loved people: how they think, how they behave, who they are. This interest led her to train as a basic researcher in social, health and organizational psychology. However, she did not like the slow pace of academia, so she switched to the more dynamic applied field. She currently works as a Behaviorist and Head of Academy at Online Dialogue, where she plays an important role in teaching workshops and courses, conducting and analyzing (A/B) tests and advising companies in optimizing their user experience and conversion rates. Ultimately, it's all about her passion in understanding the complicated ways people function.
