What is Process Mining?

Process Mining visualizes the customer's journey on your Web site and then finds the most commonly used path. Using a web analytics tool and ‘raw data,’ Process Mining analyzes the path of as many as thousands of visitors. Our data scientist Naomi Smulders also calls it ‘unraveling spaghetti. She analyzes these different paths daily and makes them measurable for her colleagues and clients. Naomi is also a regular guest at various events. For example, she was a guest on a podcast of Women in Analytics and was on stage at Marketing Insights Events. In addition, on June 29, 2023, Naomi has the ‘’Data Professional of the Year' award won!
