We are 5 years old this year and we don't want that to go unnoticed. In this blog we look at the highlights and history of Online Dialogue. We start, of course, in our rookie year: 2009.

09-09-2009: Online Dialogue is founded
On the beautiful date of 09-09-’09 a new initiative was started that I myself am very excited about. In recent years I have seen that it is very slowly becoming the truth that the Internet is the medium from which you can really measure everything, unlike other channels such as television, print or radio.

09-09-2009: Bart Schutz becomes partner
Ton leaves no stone unturned and the same day he hooks up with Bart Schutz. Ton says of this: I learned that in addition to sharing the same vision about businesses and the online channel, we complement each other nicely at the intersection between design and optimization and usability and analytics.”.

21-09-2009: On stage at Emerce Eday
Ton is performing at the Emerce Eday. He is on stage at in the “Eyeopeners” track. In 7 minutes he shares 3 business tips based on the vision of Online Dialogue. How to design and optimize dialogues based on customer/prospect attitude and behavior. Many more presentations would follow.

29-10-2009: the first column in Emerce
Ton is writing his first column for Emerce. In it he puts together some great tips every month. By now, more than hundreds of tips have been collected. The collected works are in the tube, but a book is still pending 🙂
