Kom bij ons werken. We zoeken een Data-analist! Bekijk de vacature

Last month I was a guest on the Telenet digital community podcast with Caroline Verkest, An Dewilde and Dennis Peeters. Together we explored and discussed the process of experimentation within the organization. Telenet has set up a lot of testing over the past year and extracted tremendous value from it. Indeed, experimentation and testing is now more important than ever. Not only because perceptions do not always match reality, but also because they stimulate discussions within the organization. You simply know if the impact is big enough and if it is worth your investment.

Telenet and Online Dialogue

Telenet and Online Dialogue are working together to improve the experimentation culture within the organization. As part of the collaboration, a number of key people on the team have received training. During this training we transferred the basic principles and implemented the working method in the team. We offer this training monthly at our Utrecht office, but at Telenet we offered the training Inhouse.

At Online Dialogue, we believe the process has to be right. The combination of data and psychology tells you not only what steps people take, but also why they do it. In the Conversion Specialist training you will learn how to get the visitor to the next step and how to deploy this operationally in your own organization.

Hey you there!...... Are you curious about how to increase motivation and enthusiasm for experimentation within your team? We have an answer to that! As we told you earlier in this blog data storytelling is the way to make this happen. Want to learn more about this or get better at it? Then follow our data storytelling training

6V model

You do this, for example, by using the 6V model. This is also covered during the conversion specialist training and is used by many of our clients to structure the organization. In the 6V model you look at competitors, customer service, values and goals of the company. Based on this you determine priorities and bring focus to your work.

In conclusion
