As a data analyst you will work closely with the other experienced (technical) analysts at Online Dialogue and be part of multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, strategists and UX designers. You are an important value in preparing and analyzing conversion optimization projects.

You will have the space to develop in the profession and grow into a real data king. You will enjoy analyzing all kinds of user data (feedback, analytics, experiments) and extracting the best insights. You will learn to present these insights in a clear story to our customers, with the main goal of converting insights into actions.

The team

You will work from the center of Utrecht together with 23 enthusiastic and sociable professionals. Our approach is unique: we work in multidisciplinary teams with analysts, psychologists, UX/UI designers, copywriters and developers. We combine data, research and psychology to improve online conversion and experience.

A Day at Online Dialogue

Your day starts with a monthly update session at a large Dutch telecom provider. Together with another analyst, you present the results of the last two A/B tests. Both tests are a winner, so to celebrate you brought cake. This is followed by a stand up with the Online Dialogue team for the same client. Armed with a good and well-deserved cup of coffee, we briefly catch up with each other, check the dashboard to see how all the analyses and experiments are running, and we set up actions. Then everyone gets to work. You dive into the data of a new customer, to later discuss your insights with the other analysts. After that, your colleague Hans teaches you how to work with one of our proprietary optimization tools.

In the afternoon, as usual, you lunch with your colleagues outside the office for a catered lunch at Meeting Plaza. Back at the office, you get to work analyzing an A/B test. Then you receive an email from your fellow psychologist with some questions in preparation for the next experiment for the Telco and dive into the data to search for the answers. In between, you play a game of table tennis. You end the day together with the other analysts. During the meeting you go over the resource planning, discuss all deadlines and evaluate the ongoing projects.
