Online Dialogue is looking for a junior Analytics & Optimization Expert. Preferably someone with one to two years of work experience who wants to develop in the practice of online optimization as a web analyst.
In the vernacular, you are then called a junior, but we prefer to speak of talented 🙂 .

Who are we?
Online Dialogue is the leading agency in the field of online optimization. Obviously because we accommodate all passionate ‘experts’. And because our approach is unique: we work in multidisciplinary teams with web analysts, psychologists, UX designers, copywriters and developers. Combining data, (user) research and (online) behavioral psychology is central but above all: ‘we prove everything’.

We like to share all that knowledge, skill and experience. Increasingly, we are setting up internal teams at our clients' sites that we guide from start to finish as optimization specialists. And that's how we end up somewhere: Ziggo, Marktplaats, Hostelworld, KPN, Achmea, ABNAMRO MeesPierson, ...

What will you do? 
We are looking for a new colleague to initially support our web analysts:

  • You will help our experienced web analysts prepare analyses and create initial reports
  • You support data collection conversion optimization projects
    (A/B testing and broader experiments)
  • You analyze where a website's pain points are
  • You examine exactly what happens on pages where we want to optimize
  • You translate data into insights
  • You have the potential to eventually take on projects independently

You will start in a support role. However, you will work intensively with the other analysts and the other disciplines. From there you will grow further into the organization.

We offer you in 1e instance an employment for 40 hours per week for a period of 6 months and hope that this period will be the beginning of a longer cooperation.

What do we expect from you?

  • You preferably have one to two years of work experience
  • You have completed a college degree
  • You have an affinity for statistics
  • You understand that analysis should provide insights that drive improvement
  • You have experience with web analysis tools
  • You find A/B testing tools, feedback tools, survey and heatmap tools ‘bold’
  • You are curious about new tools and techniques
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge
  • You have the ambition to become one of the best in your field in terms of content

And then we also have a few stubborn marketers walking around who think just a tad differently about digital matters.
  • We breathe optimization at Online Dialogue. Not only do we test continuously (even our coffee machine is A/B tested), we also conduct customer and top task research, analyze heatmaps, and exploit every other opportunity to improve conversion at our clients.
  • As mentioned, what makes us truly unique is the fact that our advice is a combination of data and behavioral science knowledge. Loose examples of such psychological principles we have collected in our Wheel of Persuasion.
  • But on top of that, it's just a lot of fun with us. You can already secretly experience that yourself because we have an open office concept. At our office, the ODhouse, you are always welcome as a digital professional idiot! Come and spend a day with us: measuring is knowing!
