Online Dialogue has been a leading CRO agency for 10 years, where people, quality and knowledge transfer are key. We are a specialist in our field, combining data and psychology to optimize websites, sales funnels and customer journeys.

To take the next step in our growth ambition, we are looking for a sales specialist Who enjoys the challenge of exceeding established sales goals.

Together with our director of marketing & sales and our conversion managers, you will look for clients who want to take the next step in their conversion optimization process. We believe in selling from content, so we think it's important that you have a basic understanding of what we do.

What will you do?

  • Generate and conduct sales calls (both telephone and face-to-face); 
  • Bringing in new orders;
  • Together with our strategic consultants, you will translate the customer demand into clear, aligned project proposals;
  • Spotting opportunities in the market and responding to them;
  • Thinking along about our sales strategy;
  • But above all: banging our gong as much as possible! We do this at the start of each new project.

Who are you?

  • You have an HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have knowledge of and affinity for the online market. Knowledge of CRO is a plus;
  • You exude pleasure in your work and connect easily;
  • You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
  • You can work well independently;
  • You can listen well to filter customer needs and translate them into good proposals;
  • You are able to build and maintain networks;
  • You have a commercial drive (but not too much), have an eye for opportunities and want to be successful.
