Online Dialogue is looking for a Technical Web Analyst / Data Scientist.

Are you able to translate data into insights? Do you get up with Excel and go to bed with R? Do you dream of SPSS? Then come talk to us!

As a technical web analyst, you will work intensively with the other analysts and be part of multidisciplinary teams with psychologists and UX designers. Thereby you support in preparing and analyzing conversion optimization projects (A/B testing and broader experiments).

You understand all about the how but more importantly the why of measurement implementation (GA/GTM/Adobe) and you are able to deduce from data sets what the best offer is, which segments behave differently and whether our client will have enough sales next week.

What do we expect from you?

• Statistics has no secrets for you
• At least two years of working experience with analysis tools from companies such as Adobe and Google
• Predictive Analytics and Algorithms: you know about these, but would love to learn much more about them
• You know how tag management and data collection systems work
• Understands that analysis should provide insights that drive improvement
• Proficient in both Dutch and English languages

• You are curious about new tools and techniques
• You have the ambition to become one of the best in your field in terms of content
• And you are data-minded, pragmatic and like to share your knowledge

We offer you in 1^e instance an employment for 40 hours per week for a period of 6 months, assuming that this period is the beginning of a longer, pleasant cooperation.
