Kom bij ons werken. We zoeken een Data-analist! Bekijk de vacature
Online Dialogue is the specialist in data- and evidence-driven optimization of digital customer dialogues. As a recognized “thought leader” in this niche, our colleagues are regularly asked as keynote speakers on (inter)national stages. Of course we are extremely proud of that, but most of all we work hard to constantly be ahead of the market, move the market forward and let companies and organizations exceed their goals.
Experimenting, growing and building customer knowledge as much as possible are at the core of our approach. To make this happen, we work from multidisciplinary teams consisting of data scientists, psychologists, UX/designers, copywriters and developers who work closely together in an iterative fashion.
Thanks to our proven successes, thought leadership as well as our love of the business, we are growing rapidly. More and more, our clients are looking for long-term partnerships. They choose us to deliver growth through data and evidence-driven optimization, or they ask us for guidance in effectively and sustainably embedding data and evidence-driven work.
To take the next step in our growth ambition, we are immediately looking for a online consumer behavior expert. Preferably someone with 3 to 4 years of work experience and a background in economic, consumer or social psychology.
We initially offer you employment for 40 hours per week for a period of 6 months and hope that this period will be the beginning of a longer collaboration.
Your day starts with a monthly update session at a large Dutch telco. Together with the lead of your team, you present the results of the behavioral study and the planning for the next few weeks. This is followed by a stand up with the Online Dialogue team at the same client. Armed with a good and well-deserved cup of coffee, we briefly catch up with each other, check the dashboard to see how all the analyses and experiments are running, and draw up actions. Then everyone gets to work nicely. You continue your search for scientific articles on the effect of targeting and the feeling of certainty in a purchase. Based on the information gathered, you discover a pattern in the data that you would like the data analyst to check further.
After a short train ride you have lunch, as usual, with your colleagues in Meeting Plaza just outside the door. Back in the office, you get to work preparing for the in-house training on Consumer Psychology that will start the following week. When your colleague analyst sends you the information you want, you get back to work drafting a new hypothesis for the telco. In between you play a game of table tennis, and laugh at a joke from the office manager. At the end of the afternoon, you prepare slides for the OD knowledge session the next afternoon. You want to talk about “hypotheses.” You're going to explain how to set up a good hypothesis, but above all make it clear what the purpose of a hypothesis is within the optimization process. Tomorrow will be fun again, everyone is looking forward to it.
