Wegener News Media is a publisher of well-known regional newspapers such as De Gelderlander, Brabants Daglad, ED and De Stentor. All these newspapers also have an online presence along with commercial spinoffs such as the Wegener webshops. Wegener Nieuwsmedia hired Online Dialogue to provide guidance on the optimize of the online efficiency.
The goal was the train of product owners and marketers in using the online channel for campaigns and ongoing sales. Issues at play were relevance of offerings to visitors, usability of online offerings and the entice to conversion. After the theoretical basis, we got down to business pragmatically with the designing campaign / landing pages, filling in the right content and choosing a good call-to-action. The goal: be found better and per visitor a higher conversion rate.
The collaboration is, based on our standard work review survey, by all training and workshop participants on average rated as good.
