On Thursday, September 6, 2012, the Conversion Summit 2012 takes place, an international conference on Conversion Optimization, with great speakers and interesting cases. The list of speakers is impressive: among others Avinash Kaushik of Google and Chris Goward of Wider Funnel are present. Our own Ton Wesseling and Bart Schutz will jointly present the closing keynote.

Conversion Summit 2012

The day gets off to a great start with the opening keynote from international web analytics guru Avinash Kaushik. After a morning full of instructive conversion optimization cases, Chris Goward will open the afternoon sessions with a keynote on L.I.F.T.. An afternoon full of testing insights and case studies, which will eventually be closed by the closing keynote by Ton and Bart.

In their closing keynote, Ton Wesseling and Bart Schutz will take a brief but deep dive into conversion and persuasion. Ton Wesseling (‘conversion is a dialogue’) will share the ins and outs of their international award-winning conversion tests. Ton will open your eyes to a new level of online testing (“although simple ab tests also work, clickpath, dialogue and persuasion testing are only truly effective!”).

Bart Schutz (‘your customer is a brain’) will explain the test results. He will take us on a journey deep into our buying brain. What motivates us? How do we experience things? What is the role of memory, rationales and emotions in making decisions? And, more importantly, how do you use this information to create a perfectly persuasive dialogue? During his explanation, Bart will also introduce you to his ‘Wheel-of-Persuasion.com‘.

Will we see you there?

Online Dialogue is not going alone. Besides Ton and Bart, we invite 8 more peers to join Online Dialogue on a “field-trip” to the Conversion Summit (like we did earlier this year with the Fusion Marketing Experience in Antwerp). The congress is already sold out, but among our newsletter subscribers we are also raffling free participation in the “field-trip”. In any case, let us know if you are coming too and hopefully we will see each other in Frankfurt.
