Thank you for your interest in Online Dialogue in 2011. We enjoyed working with you and/or seeing you at 1 or more of the 5 Online Dialogue Thursdays that we organized this year. Or was it just interest? Who knows, then, we may meet more frequently in 2012. A new year in which, like 2011, we will again go for knowledge, fun and quality. Thank you for that now. You also make our work fun and we hope we can make your work more fun (again) in 2012.

Thanks in part to our associates, we are able to make a nice donation to charity again this year as a Christmas gift. After last year Bartimeus foundation could support the project “Braille and ICT” this year we have chosen the “One Laptop per Child” program. This charity makes it possible for children in underprivileged environments to learn about and work on a laptop at an early stage. Shockproof, dustproof, waterproof and with a battery that lasts 12 hours.

We are supporting this initiative by purchasing 2 of these laptops on behalf of each Online Dialogue team member. Thanks to the work we did in 2011 for: ABN AMRO, Alliander, Clockwork, De Lage Landen, DGN Publishers, International Card Services, Fonq.nl, Municipality of The Hague, Kluwer, Kras reizen, Macintosh Retail Group, MoneYou, Omnicom Media Group, Rabobank Nederland, Renault Nederland, RTL Ventures, Staatsloterij, Squla, TUI, Unive, VGZ and Vliegtickets.nl, we can therefore 16 laptops donated to the One Laptop Per Child program.
