Last year, on the day of our 1st birthday, we started the Online Dialogue Thursday. We missed the opportunity for deeper knowledge sharing at the events we are normally invited to. Always a lot of presentations, but little room for questions and discussion. In addition, it is so busy that you only speak to everyone briefly. So time to roll up our sleeves ourselves and we did that 5 times last year. 5 afternoons with strategy, insights, practical tips and a good drink. All this in an intimate atmosphere with a maximum of 60 people who are busy with online every day.

Program optimization

Of course, the decision was quickly made to host this new conference season Thursday 6 through 10. The summer break gave us the opportunity to fine tune the program format. The goal is even more interaction. Even more facilitating the knowledge in the room and making sure everyone learns from each other. Thursday, September 22 we will put that into practice for the 1st time, as always at Seats2Meet in Utrecht center:

• 2:30 p.m.: welcome
• 14.35: theory discussion: how do I ensure a better online knowledge level in the organization and how do I keep people with that knowledge within the organization? We asked those on the guest list what is going on in their organization and this was the most common theme. Right now we are gathering input to help get the discussion started with the goal of learning from each other how to better address this issue. If you have any input you would like to give please do so in this short survey of 5 questions that can be completed in 2 minutes.
• 15.10: conversion champions quiz. Instead of 1 elaborate case study, we switch to multiple conversion optimization cases that we present by means of a quiz. Guess what the winning variant is and get an explanation as to why that particular variant worked better in practice. For the best quiz participant we have the “Online Dialogue Thursday Conversion Champions Challenge Cup nameplate gravitation honor” + a nice bottle of champagne ready.
• 15.45: coffee break
• 16.00: conversion clinic. We won't change anything about this, other than giving it more time. A panel of Online Dialogue experts will again review websites of people in the audience from a certain perspective on the spot. Compliments and points of improvement will follow in quick succession and you can go home with a bag full of practical tips.
• 17.00: drinks, appetizers and chat time. Until at least 6:30 p.m. you will be able to keep having fun with us. You may leave earlier, but why should you 🙂 .
