On September 9, 2010 Online Dialogue exists 1 year! We will celebrate the end of this beautiful first year (with fine clients like KPN, Lage Landen, MoneYou, Rabobank and RTL Nederland) and the beginning of the of course even more beautiful years to come with the 1st Online Dialogue Thursday. Full of energy, we (Anouschka, Bart and Ton) have thrown ourselves into organizing a recurring event in which we want to share knowledge about strategy, design and optimization of dialogue online.

Over the course of 2 hours, you will receive insights that should lead to a structured approach for long-term online returns on the one hand, and pragmatic tips that will allow you to make a difference immediately tomorrow on the other. The content covers the fields of persuasive marketing, interaction design and online analytics. We will organize this event 5 times a year.

For the first event on September 9, 2010 in Utrecht, we have the following program:

  1. 2:30 Room open; 3:00 Welcome.
  2. 20 minutes a expert session by Bart Schutz on the influencers of online behavior. What factors are important for good communication between company and customer?
  3. 20 minutes a practice case by Ton Wesseling on yield optimization on the Van der Valk website. The results of 3 different AB tests are presented.
  4. 15 minutes a independent overview On the use of analytics tools in the Dutch market by Taco Potze of AboutAnalytics.
  5. 55 minutes a conversion clinic. Experts from different online fields will give 5 times 10 minutes of live returns review of a website in front of the whole room.
