It always sweats the last steps to come out with your new initiative, but with this one, Online Dialogue is live. The group of experts in customer dialogue design and optimization that understands better than anyone how to respond to customers with a certain question and behavior in a certain context. We seek the optimal balance between customer satisfaction and business results.

The initiative will be my own commercial baby for the coming period. This is what I am going to get myself into, this name I am going to attach to myself. I am jumping up and down with energy about the vision that has been laid out and the services that have been and are being designed with it. Of course I will remain active for webanalisten.nl and the IAB, among others, but Online Dialogue will be my daily baby. This also means that my role at OrangeValley is going to change. In the renewed partnership we are business partners of one another.

Glad I am that Bart Schutz joined. Great to have such a great partner from day number 1. We are going to make something beautiful out of it!
