For 11 years she was our support and advocate, but that is now coming to an end. Our office & event manager, and face of Online Dialogue, Nienke van der Sar is leaving us.

Nienke joined in 2011 when Online Dialogue was still just a small club of optimization nerds with no office and, at the time, already working from home.

Nienke helped the founders of Online Dialogue, Ton Wesseling and Bart Schutz with more structure within the organization and ensured further professionalization.

Events

As Online Dialogue grew, Nienke began to focus more on organizing the internal and external events and company outings: most of the 39 Dialogue Thursdays, Conversion World, MeasureBowling, DDTTs and the OD outings to Sofia and Budapest, among others.

Also for the biggest event that Online Dialogue is involved in, Conversion Hotel, is Nienke the face. This annual three-day CRO congress on Texel has grown into one of the most successful congresses in the CRO industry partly due to Nienke's enthusiasm, expertise and dedication.

Academy

Last but not least, this past year Nienke was also responsible for the Online Dialogue Academy and was the first contact to an Online Dialogue degree for many students. Now Isabella Klaassens her role.

Farewell on the water and on our roof terrace

Of course we could not let Nienke's farewell go by unnoticed. So last Friday we ‘celebrated’ her farewell with a boat trip through the canals of Utrecht and a BBQ on the roof terrace of our office.
