Online Dialogue is built around a multidisciplinary team of experienced independent subject matter experts. These partners represent all the disciplines needed to have a good dialogue with the visitor online. We coach and guide our clients' online teams on the path to user experience and profitability.

In addition to the outline, mirror and guidance function, over the past year we have been increasingly executive in organizational and customer research and analysis. Without research no basis for the right approach in designing dialogue and without analysis no proper follow-up for continuous improvement. This fact-based approach is one of the important points in which we distinguish ourselves from other agencies.

To continue providing the right speed and capacity in our research, analysis and design input work, we have started hiring experts in this field. Medior to senior people who will be coached by the matching subject-related partners and who in the process will be able to relieve these current partners and sharpen them even further.

The good news is that I can announce that we have found 2 of these experts and they are working for Online Dialogue as of today:

Arend Zwaneveld

Arend Zwaneveld contractEagle is a graduate in applied physics and a former Boston Consulting Group consultant. Like no other he knows how to combine his analytical skills with consultancy skills. Since 3 years he applies this knowledge executive at web analysis and search engine marketing agencies.

At Online Dialogue, Arend starts as “analytics expert”. He will dig deep into the numbers and create insightful reports. From this basis, he will play the role of analysis for our customers and from this position participate in the design and optimization processes for these customers. The fact that Arend also has a great understanding of the technical side of the Internet makes him a great addition to our team. Arend: welcome!

Wilbert Pot

wilbert contractWilbert I got to know him 4 years ago when the Dutch online world was moving more and more into online (micro)blog environments. He was, along with yours truly, one of the few online (marketing) strategists with a real penchant for fact-based design. In this role at the time, he had just started at internet agency Rhinofly, after his time as product marketing manager at Nedstat (now Comscore). Since then, I have always followed him.

After many years on the design and development agency side, Wilbert now starts as “insights expert” at Online Dialogue. His love for the content of online design and optimization projects is something he will take up with us. Partly back to where he started as a junior 14 years ago: market researcher (then at ING). Wilbert is on the one hand like no other able to know where to find all the facts and on the other how to extract the right insights from a lot of information. In this role he will guide many Online Dialogue clients to higher returns in the short and long term. Wilbert: welcome!

The thing that has stuck with me most toward the start this week from Arend and Wilbert is that they both literally said, “How wonderful that we can start doing this work in a moment.” The enthusiasm to get started really radiates from both gentlemen. It gives us great pleasure that apparently we as a team are not only able to our clients inspire and give pleasure in their own work, but that we can also create this for employees. Therefore, we wish Arend and Wilbert a lot of inspiration and fun and we are going to ensure a learning cooperation within Online Dialogue with all partners.
