The new year has begun and that means time for receptions and get-togethers. At Online Dialogue, we wanted to do things differently this year. Therefore, last Friday we invited not only the partners and children of our colleagues but also their parents for a toast to 2016. The idea was initially received skeptically internally but last Friday almost all parents were present in the OD House. And ... it was hugely enjoyable!

After uncorking the bubbles and a toast to the new year, our specialists, using a case, gave a presentation on work. Each discipline gave insight into their own part and the cooperation with other disciplines in the now famous FACT - ACT process. For the attendees fun to hear their children/partners talk so passionately about their work. For the colleagues a challenge to translate their expertise into ‘Jip and Janneke language.

Of course, there was also food. For the occasion, the desks in ODHouse served as dining tables. During the coffee, all colleagues were called on stage personally and addressed and thanked by Ton, Bart and Maurice for their efforts over the past year. And of course the wish was expressed that in 2016 we can inspire even more interesting clients in (further) optimizing their websites and thus help them grow in their online business.
