Online Dialogue is growing. For example, in the number of digital behavioral experiments we do (over 100 experiments in the last 100 days!) and the number of countries where we test (most of our revenue comes from international customers). But also in the collaboration with science (from guest lectures we give to A/B testing labs we start together) and, moreover, in how often we appear as a ‘keynote’ on international stages are asked to share our methods and insights gained (more than 25 times in the 1st half of this year alone!).
But the most important growth is in quality of the work performed. Content quality is 1 of our most important pillars. Therefore, our mission is to have the quality of online dialogues exceed that of offline dialogues. To realize that mission we try to use the most knowledge (thought leadership) about online customer behavior and emotions and its determinants and influencers. What actually determines and influences our behavior and emotions?
And what applies to our work also applies to the colleagues within our team; we believe in quality and not quantity. That is why we are building a well-organized team with diehard passionate and senior knowledge experts. A team that leads the way, applies and advances science, explores uncharted paths, with a focus on quality and driven by knowledge and content.
To fulfill this ambition even better - also internationally - we are immediately looking for a (highly) experienced:
You will help clients deepen their - evidence-based - customer knowledge and online effectiveness. This can be based on a) consultancy assignments, b) conversion ratio optimization assignments with an Online Dialogue team (especially A/B testing, but also other forms of customer research), and c) providing training (especially in-company). And, of course, you don't do that alone. Online Dialogue consists of 21 diehard professionals; in addition to behavioral specialists, these include digital data scientists, designers, developers and project/account strategists. In one project, the behavioral expert is the initiator, in another project you will be hooked up as a specialist.
As senior consumer behavior expert You will also be given the role of continuously optimizing and disseminating the quality of behavioral science knowledge within Online Dialogue and its clients. We will make sure that you can fill in the growth in knowledge and quality within your commercial hours (about 2/3 of your time). And stimulate you to focus at least 1 day a week on further developing your own and Online Dialogue's knowledge expertise, skills and qualities.
We are curious and believe in the power of the scientific method (find here our team). Psychology and data sciences are passions within OD. Get rid of greedy-marketing bullshit, fancy stories and Hippo underbelly. We are convinced that content quality only shows when you test it experimentally. Most of our revenue comes from international clients. We test the behavior of millions of people worldwide every month. People from different cultures, in different situations, with different devices and in different phases of different dialogues. We thus learn more and more what, when, where, ... really determines our behavior and emotions. This knowledge brings with it a great responsibility. In addition to knowledge, ethics determine our actions. We therefore optimize business profitability only hand-in-hand with customer happiness; we call that quality too.
