Online Dialogue is an organization that pursues knowledge leadership in successful communication in the online channel. In the dialogue between the online visitor and the company behind the online channel, we continuously seek to maximize customer happiness and business profitability. To do this well, we help our clients organize, design and improve the online department, its activities and results.

To further strengthen all online analysis activities behind our dialogue design and optimization work, we are looking for an immediate:

Online analysis and optimization expert

This is a full-time salaried position. Online Dialogue consists of a group of independent senior consultancy partners and a salaried organization where a select group of experts works for Online Dialogue clients on the basis of a fixed salary plus a performance fee. Each partner supervises a maximum of 2 experts within his or her expertise.

We are now looking for our first online analysis and optimization expert.

What will you do?

• Since this is a new position, we will work together in part to find the most ideal fit.
• So you have great freedom but also responsibility for your work.

In any case, you will do the following:

• Analyze and report on online customer behavior;
• Support conversion optimization pathways;
• Participate in the further development of analysis and optimization methodologies;
• That which we collectively find relevant to our business and your growth.

What experience and ambition do you have?

• You want to become one of the better in your field in terms of content;
• You read a lot and are also not afraid to share your knowledge;
• You can work independently, plan and communicate;
• You understand that analysis must provide insights that drive improvement;
• Most web analysis tools hold no secrets for you;
• AB test tools, feedback tools, survey tools and mousemove tools also have your interest;
• Preferably you are already connected via social media to 1 of the Online Dialogue partners;
• Preferably, you have experience working in the online department of a corporate company;
• Technical understanding of the Internet is a plus.

What do we offer you?

• 20% of your time engaged in knowledge sharing / training / education;
• Of the 80% client work time, you get to decide on half of the fill-in;
• A guaranteed fixed monthly salary lower than the market average;
• A monthly bonus based on client hours that could put your salary significantly above the top of the market;
• Start date by mutual agreement, starting September 1, 2011;
• A laptop and phone;
• You work wherever you like or at the Online Dialogue client's location. At the office we are only for consultations;
• You will work for great brands and websites (with many visitors) such as: ABN AMRO, Kras.nl, Lage Landen, Renault and RTL;
• Personal coaching and mentoring by Online Dialogue conversion partner Ton Wesseling.
