Online Dialogue is growing. Not only in number of assignments, but also in quality within the work performed. Quality of content is 1 of the most important pillars within our company. According to us, focus on quality is a prerequisite for continuing to grow in knowledge about online dialogues. This in order to achieve a mature knowledge mix of communication, psychology, web data and digital design.

In terms of the number of colleagues within our team we also believe in quality and not quantity. In our specialist consultancy we do not want to grow beyond the limit where you can still work without intermediate management. Only then will we remain eligible for those assignments that you really want to do for clients. Optimization of the online dialogue based on profile, behavior and external influencers such as social media and competitor propositions.

In order to continue to properly fulfill our analysis and yield optimization activities, we are looking for an immediate:

Online analysis and optimization fan

This is a full-time salaried position + performance pay. Online Dialogue consists of a group of enterprising subject specialists in which you are the initiator and expert in one project and are hired as a specialist in another. We take care of part of your commercial hours and stimulate you to fill in the remaining hours yourself, partly with a focus on the further development of your expertise.

What do we offer you?

  • 20% of your time engaged in knowledge sharing / training / education;
  • Of the 80% client work time, you get to decide on half of the fill-in;
  • A guaranteed fixed base salary regardless of the number of commercial hours;
  • A monthly bonus based on customer hours;
  • Start date by mutual agreement, starting February 1, 2013;
  • A laptop and phone;
  • Always access to the Online Dialogue House, but on its time you can also just work from home
  • You will work for great brands and websites such as: ABN AMRO / MoneYou, Emesa (actievandedag.nl / vakantieveilingen.nl), ICS / Worldcard / Mastercard, Triodos, TUI / Kras reizen and VGZ
  • Personal coaching and mentoring from senior Online Dialogue partners.

What will you do?

  • Analyze online customer behavior and translate it into insights;
  • Establish and support yield optimization processes (AB testing and broader);
  • Participate in the further development of analysis and optimization methodologies;
  • That which we collectively find relevant to your growth and our business.

What experience and ambition do you have?

  • You can work independently, plan and communicate;
  • You understand that analysis must provide insights that drive improvement;
  • Most web analysis tools hold no secrets for you;
  • AB test tools, feedback tools, survey tools and mousemove tools also have your interest;
  • Preferably you are already connected via social media to 1 of the Online Dialogue partners;
  • Many years of executive experience is desired.
