Day 1: Process

To proceed in a structured way with an optimization program, process is key. This day ensures that you learn how to gather new knowledge about your customer experiment by experiment. And answers questions like: How do you build knowledge about your customers' behavior so you can use it organization-wide later? What is the maturity level of my organization? And which steps should you fulfill if you want to optimize structurally?

Day 2: Data & statistics

Good analysis hinges on the quality of your data. It is often an under-researched topic but data quality is the foundation for being data-driven as an organization. How can you control this? And how can you then use the data when you have a whole mountain at your disposal? Where do you start? But more importantly, when do you stop? Furthermore, on this day we answer questions such as: How can you optimize if a website has few visitors or conversions? On which pages is it best to A/B test? What statistical pitfalls are there? When is something a significant difference? And how do you turn data into insights and communicate these in your organization?

Day 3: Psychology

The goal of Day 3 is to get trainees thinking consciously about behavior. We'll explain how we combine psychology and behavioral science with the results of more than 1,000 A/B tests we've conducted over the past 10 years. Together we dive into the data to map and interpret online behavior. Where and in what way can I best optimize? What insights do I use for this and how do I write a good hypothesis?

Day 4: UX

Increasing user experience can be addressed in a lot of different ways. Using data and psychology, we can get a better understanding of users, and in what ways their experience can be improved. During design day, all the previous days come together in creating a design. But how do I create a design to go with my hypothesis? How do I make sure I am only testing the hypothesis? How do I know if my design can technically be made into an A/B test? How can I be sure my design is going to make an impact?
