As an experimentation consultant at Online Dialogue, Shirley spends her days guiding, setting up, and optimizing CRO processes within some of the most exciting organizations. Drawing on her experience as a CRO specialist on both the agency and client sides, she enthusiastically applies her expertise in data, psychology, and UX to develop successful CRO strategies. She finds energy in working with multidisciplinary teams, knowledge sharing, and, of course, happy clients.
