We are looking for new colleagues! Check out our vacancies.
The year is coming to an end. A good time to look back on this year, set our sights on the coming year and announce our Christmas gift.

Getting older is something you do together.
Online Dialogue has a long tradition of converting the current year into euros and donating them to charity. This year we are therefore making a donation of € 2021 to the National Fund for the Elderly, in particular their activity The Silver Line. This is an initiative where volunteers call once or twice a week with lonely seniors who are shy for a chat or could use some extra attention.
Thank you to all our clients for your cooperation over the past year! This donation would not have been possible without you.
Online Dialogue has a highly developed ‘social ecosystem. Not only among ourselves, but also with regard to clients and relations. We like to organize events where we have a drink and turn on the BBQ on our roof terrace. Occasionally a moment trickled through, such as the meetup of the UX-ers and that of our psychologists, but more than we would like, we were forced to cancel many face-to-face meetings. Especially the ’just not‘ moments hurt: the DiDo that shifted from offline to online right beforehand, the Conversion Specialist training that started IRL but was finished behind the screen, or our traditional Christmas breakfast that we had to cancel a week in advance.
That we know how to hang the garlands digitally is evident from the many screenshots we secretly took of each other or from the fact that our longest digital meeting lasted over 7 hours! But we crave the personal touch.
The tightened measures of December will still reverberate into the beginning of the new year. The perspective we hold out is that the necessary ‘thaw’ will come in the spring so that and we can come together full of enthusiasm to raise a glass to our wonderful, inspiring field of work.

In July of this year, ‘our’ Anouk Erens was nominated for Digital & web analyst of the year!
About the winner, the judges said:
The judges unanimously decided that Anouk Erens is the 2021 Digital & Web Analyst of the Year. The
Completeness of Anouk's knowledge and experience were the deciding factors, as well as the extent to which she engages in knowledge transfer and how her approach and enthusiasm can be a source of inspiration for anyone within the Digital & Web Analytics field.
You may remember that last year Marcel got married to his Denise. Given the fact that Denise was already visibly pregnant at the wedding, there was no way around it and a new sprout announced itself: Emmy. Congratulations again, Marcel.
Next year we will once again report to you about a birth: Lotte will go on maternity leave on January 1. Above all, we wish her full enjoyment in the coming period.

We welcomed four more canisters to our team.
Shirley has joined the team of Conversion Managers; with the arrival of George the data analysts are back to full strength, the psychologists could not stay behind and managed to convince Isabella and Floor. That's not the end of the matter, by the way: next spring, the development be expanded and we are still active Looking for Conversion Managers.
Once again this year, together with our clients, we had the opportunity to do a wide variety of projects. On our customer page are some of those adventures.

Despite corona restrictions, Ruben de Boer still managed to find a large hall of listeners and climbed onto the stage of Conversion Hotel 2021. He also wrote a Dutch blog about his presentation “Change management for experimentation culture.” The impact of your communication on a change process.
We happily blogged about it: more than 45 articles this year!
Also in 2022, our trainers are eager to impart their knowledge.
Online or digital: the enthusiasm splashes out. So, want to start the new year with a new outlook? Then sign up for one of our courses, such as our BOOM!: an in-depth course in the psychology of consumer behavior.
We wish all our customers, friends and partners - despite all the constraints - a wonderful Christmas, cozy New Year and a very happy and healthy 2022!
