Friday, April 7, became the day for seven gentlemen to receive their diploma for the Master of Online Persuasion. During an intensive course in which all aspects of human decision-making processes were covered, the Netherlands became 7 persuasion experts richer!

Dennis Messemaker (Efteling): At lightning speed, I learned how the consumer brain works, how to understand our guests even better and what techniques can be used to achieve our goals. The combination of the professionalism of the staff at Online Dialogue and the students from different organizations is really great!

 

Roderik Peeters (Kleertjes): During the MOP sessions you will find out the limitations to controlling your own brain, as well as the opportunities to influence others. As frightening as it is to realize that you yourself have little control over your own brain, it is so motivating to think about influencing your users brain during your website's customer journey.
