Hostelworld is the largest online hostel-booking platform and the winner within the hostelling industry. They work from an agile approach that encourages a test and learn environment, enabling improvements and learnings. In recent years, Online Dialogue's collaboration has ensured that this approach was also implemented in the optimization of Hostelworld websites.

However, she did not like the slow pace of academia, so she switched to the more dynamic applied field.
