Online Dialogue is the specialist in data- and evidence-driven optimization of digital customer dialogues. As a recognized “thought leader” in this niche, our colleagues are regularly asked as keynote speakers on (inter)national stages. To take the next step in our growth ambition, we are immediately looking for a experienced Digital Consultant who enjoys the challenge of working with clients to transform existing practices into a results-driven, data-driven corporate culture.
The day starts with a monthly update session for the board of a large Dutch telco. Together with one of the OD partners you present the results that the ‘lighthouse’ team of Online Dialogue achieved together with the 4 product teams of the client. The business case was achieved, but would have been even higher if there had been no IT resource issues on the client side. In a well-argued argument you convince the board to add an additional dedicated front-ender to their own product teams.
This is followed by a stand-up with the Online Dialogue team at the same client. Armed with a good and well-deserved cup of coffee, we briefly catch up with each other, check the dashboard to see how all the analyses and experiments are running, and draw up actions. Then everyone gets to work nicely. You coordinate with the 4 leads of the customer teams and send a summary email about the board session. In between, one of your international customers calls. The client is very happy with the (blended) in-company course on consumer psychology and wants an extra team to participate. You call this through to Joost (the Academy lead), shoot the request into the sales tool, and compliment the team in the general OD-FB chat.
After a short train ride you have lunch, as you usually do with your colleagues, in Meeting Plaza in Hoog Catharijne just outside the door. After this pleasant interlude, in the afternoon you work with a fellow consultant on a proposal containing a concept strategy for a European e-commerce party that wants to reach its bandwidth of 450 experiments on an annual basis within 2 years. In between you play a game of table tennis, and laugh at a joke from the office manager. At the end of the afternoon, you prepare slides for the OD knowledge session the next afternoon. You want to talk about “HiPPOs: How do you convince managers to let their product teams self-direct content?”. Tomorrow will be fun again, everyone is looking forward to it.
