Online Dialogue is the specialist in the digital niche of Conversion Rate Optimization and embedding a data-driven driven business culture. As a recognized thought leader, our colleagues are regularly requested as keynote speakers at international venues. Our way of working with interdisciplinary teams consisting of data analysts, psychologists, UX/designers, copywriters and developers is unique. To take the next step in our growth ambition, we are immediately looking for a experienced sales manager Who enjoys the challenge of exceeding established sales goals.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least six years of sales experience of which at least 3 years should be with a digital marketing, advertising or web design company.
  • You have experience in coordinating, drafting and selling assignments of > €100,000 and experience with the trajectory of contracts involved.
  • The focus is on bringing in new customers. You prioritize all inbound leads and ensure follow-up.
  • Together with our strategic consultants, you'll translate client demands into clear, aligned project proposals.
  • You are aware of market developments in the online segment.
  • You believe in the importance of learning / experimenting organizations.
  • You have an extensive and relevant network.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • You exude pleasure in your work and connect easily.
  • You are commercial and have integrity.
